Engineering due diligence services include the following:

Structural Assessments – Examination of the structural components of buildings including foundations, superstructure, roof structures, elevated slabs, beams and columns as well as retaining walls or special structures directly or indirectly linked to the main building structure. Building Component Assessments – Examination and evaluation of all building components including exterior skin, roofing systems, interior and exterior finishes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, vertical transportation, plumbing systems, fire and life safety systems and site structures like paving, drainage structures, retention ponds, parking decks, exterior lighting, landscaping and accessibility.

Life Safety And Code Compliance – Our assessments can include evaluation of compliance with the National Life Safety Code, local and National building codes, Americans with Disabilities Act, local zoning codes, adherence to specialized local ordinances and observance of setbacks and utility easements on the property.

Phase I and II Assessments – We have perfromed hundreds of environmental Phase I assessments associated with all types of real estate transactions. These have been performed in all parts of the country and have included multi-family, warehouses, office buildings and vacant land. Our reports are meet all the requirements of ASTM and are formatted to meet the needs of our client. Phase II’s typically follow a Phase I where visual evidence has indicataed an environmental concern and sample is required. We perfrom all of our sampling in strick accordance with USEPA Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality control.
